The ARP Team
Tad Zurlinden is the CEO of ARP and EuRA. Tad has been part of the relocation industry for over 30 years, starting his career as a relocation professional in East England. He joined the UK ARP as a founder member in 1986 and was approached by the Board to take on its administration in 1987.
Tad is a well known figure throughout the international relocation industry and is frequently asked to speak on global mobility issues both to the corporate and HR communities.
In recognition of over 30 years of innovation and dedication to the relocation industry, Tad was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to the Relocation Industry Award at the ARP 30th Anniversary & Awards Dinner in 2016.

Dom has been involved in the relocation industry for over fifteen years, beginning as the Publications Manager for the UK ARP. Dom takes specific responsibility within EuRA & ARP for the development and delivery of the regional and international training programme.
In 2009 Dominic worked with the team at the International Centre for Leadership Development at Oxford Brookes University to develop a ground breaking online training programme in Relocation Coaching.
Dominic's primary role within ARP is to oversee project management and he works closely with the ARP Board to implement new initiatives. Dom graduated from Law School in 1991 and graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work and Social Policy in 2003.

Briony joined us in 2010 as our Accounts Administrator after a career break following the birth of her daughter, having worked within Insurance Management for over 10 years.
Briony is responsible for the ARP website and Social Media as well as overseeing ARP's income and expenditure.

Maree joined the team in September 2014.
Previously working in Customer Services at Nielsen Bainbridge, Maree is an experienced and confident Administrator. Maree is responsible for the ARP Administration, including Member Services (applications, internal and external enquiries), Events (co-ordinating the bookings and invoicing for all ARP events) and Training.
Maree lives in Norfolk but is originally from South Africa. She is fluent in Afrikaans.

Gordon Kerr is an Edinburgh-based lawyer, specialising in the legal issues which impact on relocation businesses. Formerly the MD of Team Relocations (now part of SIRVA), Gordon uses his relocation industry background to provide legal guidance which recognises the practical realities and challenges facing relocation companies. His experience includes working on European and global relocation projects for a variety of multi-national companies.
Today, Gordon acts as legal adviser to the ARP and provides legal training and support to its member firms, mainly in the areas of data protection, contracts and supply-chain issues. He is also author of the Guide to Legal Compliance and to the GDPR and writes a legal column for The ARP Newsletter.
