Tad Zurlinden is the Chief Executive Officer of both the Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP) and the European Relocation Association (EuRA). Tad has over 35 years of experience in the relocation industry, as a founder member and leading member of ARP since 1986. Tad was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to the Relocation Industry Award at the ARP 30th Anniversary convention 2016. He is frequently invited to speak at international events on global relocation issues to corporate and Human Resource communities, and he is recognised as a leading innovator for the international relocation industry.

Simon Johnston is Chair of the Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP). He began in 1988 in one of the UK’s largest relocation companies, before being appointed Relocation Manager of Nestle UK. In 2001, Simon founded Icon Relocation Ltd, adding Icon Moving Services in 2010, with operations in the UK and abroad. Simon is the outgoing Chair of The International Relocation Association (TIRA) and is also a member of Employee Relocation Services (ERC), European Relocation Association (EuRA) and the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM), and he holds the industry recognised ‘GMS' and 'MIM' qualifications. His company won the FEM award for European Destinations Services Provider in 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018.

Gordon Kerr is an Edinburgh-based lawyer, specialising in the wide range of legal and tax issues which impact on relocation businesses. Formerly the MD of Team Relocations, Gordon uses his relocation industry background to provide legal guidance which recognises the practical realities and challenges facing relocation firms. His experience includes working on European and global relocation projects for a variety of multinational companies. Gordon is legal adviser to ARP & EuRA and author of the Guides to Legal Compliance and to the GDPR.

Adrian joined HCR Group in February 2007 after a varied and interesting career in banking, freight forwarding and international transport, precision engineering and small business consultancy.
Educated at Lancing College, he went on to achieve a Masters Degree in Marketing, with Distinction, in 2004 from the University of Portsmouth. A lifelong learner, he is a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), a Sandler advocate and currently working on his MIM qualification with EuRA.
Adrian became the Group Business Development & Marketing Director in October 2009 and acquired the majority shareholding of HCR Group in June 2016.
His vision is to create a group of complementary companies which are a unique blend of traditional, hands-on customer service and technology in Employee Relocation, Corporate Accommodation and Property Management.
To achieve this ambition, Adrian believes in empowering and enabling the HCR team to realise their individual potential, continuous investment in technology and automation, together with meaningful global partnerships and alliances.

Relocation Support Services
After graduating from Tampere University, Finland with Masters in Business Science, Mima worked and travelled widely in Europe and the US. She settled in London in 1990 before moving to Dallas, Texas as an expatriate. On her return she set up TTH Relocation in 1996. In 2015 TTH Relocation merged with Curzon Relocation and Mima become the CEO of TTHCURZON Relocation.
Mima has been very involved in the Industry on all levels: 2000 she joined the ARP as council member and became the Chairman of the association at 2004. During her chairmanship (2004-2007) she also represented the UK in the EARP (European Academy of Relocation Professionals). In 2016 Mima was awarded Outstanding Contribution to the Relocation Industry. And 2021 she graduated as MIM+ Fellowship.
