The ARP has four strands of membership:
Corporate Membership:
For the first time, the ARP has developed a strand of membership for the corporate clients of relocation service providers. As part of the introduction of this programme, we are currently offering discounted membership rates for new corporate members. The advantages of this strand of membership include;
• Access to excellent marketing opportunities through our proven sponsor programmes
• Access to policy and legal advice through our helplines and industry knowledge
• Access to benchmarking and training opportunities at reduced members rates
• Access to networking and conference opportunities at discounted members rates

All of our applications are in PDF format. If you do not have an up to date version of Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from www.adobe.com.
Associate members are required to submit references which are then checked by us and submitted to the Membership Committee of the ARP for final vetting. Associate members are required to undertake training at Level One of the EARP syllabus before they can apply for Full Membership. Associate members may use the ARP Associate Member logo.
Full Members must have been trading for more than two years and must submit an application including references from three clients. Full members have full voting rights on all matters and may use the ARP Full Member logo in all of their publicity material.
Affiliate members are nominated by an existing ARP member or must supply client references.
The ARP is the body for relocation professionals in the UK. This does not just include companies who provide Corporate Relocation Services and Private Homesearch Services. Many of our Full Members provide services integral to the relocation process, such as Visa and Immigration Consulting, Furniture Rental Specialists, International Goods Movers, Education Consultants, Career Consultants, Cross Cultural Orientation Specialists and more.
When applying for membership, applicants are aksed to describe their primary field of operation, so that we can ascribe them to the correct membership category.
For example, an applicant who provides a full range of both Corporate and Private relocation services would of course be assigned to the Full or Associate Membership category, depending on how long they have been trading (see above for details).
If however, an applicant provides legal services, including conveyancing among others, it would depend on what volume of their business is generated from the relocation industry as to whether or not they would become Full or Affiliate members.
